A round dozen without conceding for England Veterans’ Over 50’s against Bangladesh on Sunday 17th May in Leicestershire.

England played extremely well and fielded a particularly strong squad in preparation for the Four Nations Tournament early next month.

England started on the front foot and were four up after twenty minutes. To their credit, Bangladesh never gave up but England were far too strong.

England’s scorers were Stafford Browne, Kevin Leech 4, Matt Smart, Paul Betson, Richard Vercesi, Ian Gosling, Alex Sykes 2 and Steve Robinson.
