England Veterans’ Over 75’s Player/Manager Ken Pollock, Captain Geoff Martel and a few of the players were on ITV’s This Morning with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley on Monday 29th June.
They were talking about their game against Germany on 30th July to commemorate 60 years since England’s 4-2 victory in the 1966 FIFA World Cup.
The game kicks off at 3pm at Oldham Athletic Football Club and will be filmed as part of the Silver Lions documentary being produced by York St. John University.
Details of matchday tickets will be announced shortly.
