A convincing 6-0 victory for England Veterans’ Over 55’s against a Clive Ventham Invitational XI on Sunday 12th July in Hampshire.

Excellent passing and movement saw England race into a 4-0 half-time lead before numerous second-half changes briefly disrupted the rhythm. Once settled, England added two more goals to complete a convincing 6-0 victory.

Rich Alder opened the scoring before adding a second which together with goals from David Taylor, David Gipp (2) and Stacey Dawes sealed a convincing victory.

England’s Man of the Match award went to Rich Alder and Tony Speight was presented with his England Veterans’ Over 55’s representative Cap. Well done gentlemen.
