A nine goal thriller between England Veterans’ Over 60’s and Tekkers Over 55’s on Sunday 5th July in Essex. England ran out 5-4 winners.

England started well and Tony Wright scored to put England one up before the first water break. Martin Thorpe then added two more to make it 3-0 by half time.

Just after the break, an own goal increased England’s lead to four but Tekkers bounced back with two quick goals to make it 4-2. Thorpe completed his hat trick to make it five before Tekkers responded again to make it 5-4 by the final whistle.
